The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the largest organization of its kind. Its mission is to advance coaching as an industry by creating measurable standards to which it’s member coaches can be held accountable to.

I was a member of the ICF for 13 years (2007 – 2019) and held the Professional Certified Coach accreditation. During those years, I was involved in the peer review of research publications done by other coaches. These publications was then published in the research portal of the ICF member’s site.
I also contributed my own article, which I share as a final draft here with you, as the research portal is accessible to members only.
