Student Success Program Designer at Syracuse University

University College also approached me to assist in launching a new program. One that support non-traditional student on their way to graduation.

I co-designed at University College, Syracuse University the program to ensure online and non-traditional students graduate.

• We created a toolbox for facilitators and advisors to ensure scalability as online student numbers are expected to rise every year. 
• I also captured a student advising subject matter expert’s tacit experience of 28 years into a training manual,to pass on to the next generation of employees.
