A surprising joy when College for Professional Studies asked me to create knowledge management courses.

From January 2019 to May 2020, I created five 3 credit undergraduate online courses in Knowledge Management.
- The process included topic research, conceptualizing, design, script writing and lesson plans.
- Recorded 33 asynchronous lectures in studio.
- I taught three, 8 week online courses in Knowledge Management.
Why do this?
- The first time I encounter Knowledge Management was when I presented a paper on Skype at a conference in Cheboksary, Russia (2014).
- I talked about “The Management of Knowledge (KM) and continuous education as a basis of stable regional development.”
- I also had years of experience translating tacit knowledge of business owners into systems and processes. so that they could scale their enterprizes.
I also enjoyed the interaction with the students when I taught the classes. Here is one of their responses.
“I have had the pleasure of studying under Mr Veitch for two classes now. I must pass along my appreciation for his teaching style and an open mind during his instruction. He is truly an asset to the University and a breath of fresh air in our studies.” – Jesse
